Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for marketing and administrative excellence? In this part-time contract role as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant for my small business, you will be key to marketing initiatives and administrative functions. You will be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns, organizing and coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring smooth and effective communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Creation of graphics and engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.

Maintain and update company databases and support membership initiatives.

Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and correspondence.

Provide excellent support to clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, administration, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, social media platforms).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
