Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Rental Apartment Administrator & Maintenance Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our apartment complex. This role involves overseeing tenant relations, handling administrative tasks, and performing basic maintenance duties to ensure the smooth running of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Tenant Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling requests in a timely manner.
Leasing: Assist with the leasing process, including scheduling tours, Manage lease agreements Signatures from Tenants, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information, maintenance requests, and property conditions.
Communication: Send out notices, newsletters, and updates to tenants regarding property issues or upcoming events.
Maintenance Duties:
Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
Repairs: Perform basic repairs as per requirement.
Coordination: Schedule and oversee work performed by external contractors or maintenance service providers as needed.
Emergency Response: Respond to maintenance emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize tenant disruption.
Qualifications:
Experience: Any experience will work in relevant field.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Technical: Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), Efficiency in managing Email & Fax.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work, including lifting, carrying, and climbing.
