PT position available. Office Administrator needed for a minimum of 30 hours/week, at a busy landscaping company with a retail sales division.
Seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and organized person with extensive office experience for duties including:
accurate record-keeping,
job estimates,
tracking sheets and billing,
customer phone assistance,
interfacing with staff and customers, and
assisting with occasional retail projects and more.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as efficient and excellent customer service skills are critical. Social media and marketing skills are a plus.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is required. Bookkeeping (AP/AR) experience is necessary to be successful in this position.
Retail sales/ customer service experience is required. Interest in and knowledge of gardening is a plus!
