Rooterman Hartford Company at 714 North Mountain Rd Newington CT, has an opening for a Production Administrative Assistant with superior customer service skills for Plumbing, HVAC and Drain Cleaning. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Must have Scheduling Software Experience and Advance IT Trouble Shooting Skills.
Candidates will have a trade background or construction background. Hours are 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
Will schedule service calls
Produce, create and review company customers bills
Manage owner's calendar
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Ability to Multi Task during production
Use House Call Pro Software to schedule
Develop, keep and maintain calender for Boss.
Plan and schedule appointments
Go to Job sites with Owner and take Notes
Keep and maintain and organize files
Read email all day long and respond
Pull Permits
Type complicated reports with minimal errors
Able to meet tight deadlines to get paperwork completed
Perform all other office taskes (Faxing, scanning, filling)
Will be accountable for keeping and managing all records
Qualification. Must have 3 or more years as a Production Assistant
Will have Advance Level Skills in Powerpoint, Word and excel programs.
Ability to priority and multitasks
Must have Advance IT Problems Solution Skills
Will be able to act has a Leader
