Seeking an executive assistant for a project manager. The executive assistant role requires taking on daily responsibilities of supporting the Executive to save time while also being productive & efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Schedule my appointments.
Send & receive emails.
Account receivable and deposit duties; payroll duties for vendors, and prepare expense reports.
Planning and organizing meetings.
Requirements are as follows:
