About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Prospecting Driver to support our real estate investment and acquisitions team. This role focuses on driving assigned areas (“driving for dollars”) to identify potential off-market property leads. The Prospecting Driver plays a critical part in fueling our lead pipeline by spotting distressed, vacant, or investment-worthy properties and documenting them accurately.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive designated neighborhoods to identify potential real estate opportunities.
-Observe and document properties that appear distressed, vacant, or otherwise match our acquisition criteria.
-Use provided mobile apps (e.g., DealMachine, Propstream Mobile, batch apps, etc.) to record property details and tag locations.
-Log daily/weekly driving routes and mileage.
-Communicate patterns, high-opportunity neighborhoods, or areas needing further review.
-Maintain confidentiality of all company information and prospects.
-Represent the company professionally while driving all assigned routes.
Requirements
-Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
-Smartphone with GPS and the ability to use lead-tracking apps.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured route.
-Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
-Comfortable driving for multiple hours per day.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Basic understanding of real estate investing is a plus (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
-Previous experience in real estate, field inspections, delivery driving, or route-based work.
-Familiarity with local neighborhoods and surrounding areas.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation
-Hourly ($18-$22) + performance pay
