Currently seeking a Full-Time Apartment Complex Property Manager
Responsibilities
Manage 50-250 Units
Oversee property and residence
Manage and work with maintenance staff
Oversee work orders and material purchases
Manage rental payments and collections
Create flyers, notices and important updates for residences
Create, manage and oversee vendors and vendor payments
Qualifications
At least 1 year experience managing residential property
Ability to think quickly and effectively during emergencies
Knowledge of Rent Manager
Open availability
Start Date : ASAP
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
