Position Overview:

As a Business Development Specialist at Castle Express Moving, your primary focus will be on growing our referral network by building and nurturing strong relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, apartment complexes, and other community partners. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging these relationships to generate leads and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, real estate professionals, and other potential referral sources within the northern CT area.

Conduct outreach and on-site visits to apartment complexes, real estate offices, and other relevant locations.

Build and maintain a database of key referral contacts, ensuring regular communication and follow-up.

Develop and distribute marketing materials to partners and referral sources.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective referral strategies.

Track and report on referral partnerships and lead generation efforts.

Continuously seek out new opportunities to expand our referral network.

Represent Castle Express Moving with professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple referral relationships.

Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.

Knowledge of the northern CT real estate or apartment market is a plus.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
