We are seeking a motivated and skilled Chimney Sweep and Sales Subcontractor to join our team at CHIMNEY EXPERTS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and have the ability to provide excellent customer service while conducting chimney inspections and promoting our range of services. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for inspecting chimneys, identifying any issues, and effectively communicating these findings to homeowners. Your primary goal will be to sell our chimney cleaning, maintenance, and repair services based on the inspection results.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of chimneys to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs.
Use company-provided equipment, including a drone and video inspection camera, to perform detailed chimney inspections.
Educate homeowners on the condition of their chimney and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
Sell chimney cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to homeowners based on inspection findings.
Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with customers.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, sales, and customer interactions.
Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Training Provided:
Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training to understand chimney structures, common issues, and best practices in chimney maintenance and repair. No prior experience in chimney services is required; we are looking for someone with a strong sales aptitude who is eager to learn and apply new knowledge.
