About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through consultative sales strategies. You will be the face of our brand in the business community, representing our services to small and medium-sized business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate new business leads through field outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision makers to present solutions and close sales
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within assigned territory
Deliver compelling product presentations and communicate value propositions clearly
Develop and manage long-term client relationships to drive customer retention and referrals
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Track activities, sales results, and client data in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales leadership to share insights and optimize sales strategies
Stay informed about product updates, pricing changes, and industry trends
Qualifications
Prior B2B or face-to-face sales experience preferred (not required — will train the right candidate)
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Reliable transportation for field travel required
