In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for business owners, acting as a trusted consultant to help them navigate their funding options. #### Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and connect with small and medium-sized business owners through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, email campaigns).
Conduct thorough needs-analyses to understand the financial challenges and goals of potential clients.
Clearly and effectively present our Merchant Cash Advance products as a valuable solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and generate repeat business and referrals.
Manage a pipeline of leads and clients using our CRM system.
Guide clients through the application and funding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and funding targets.

Phase 1: Business Funding Specialist: Master the sales process, build your client portfolio, and achieve consistent funding targets.
Phase 2: Senior Funding Specialist / Team Lead: Once you have demonstrated consistent high performance, you will have the opportunity to mentor new specialists, lead a small team, and earn override commissions on your team's production.
Phase 3: Sales Manager / Partner: Top-performing Team Leads will be the first candidates considered for Sales Manager positions as we expand. In this role, you would be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a full sales floor or a regional team, with significant income potential through profit sharing and advanced commission structures.
