Craftsman
Compensation: $30 - $35/hr. based on experience, ability
Renovation/Remodeling of residential buildings.
Experience and ability to correctly diagnose and reconstruct building features:
1. Molding - accurate quality cuts
2. Baseboard - repair, replacement.
3. Drywall - Installation, repair walls, replace sections
4. Crafstmen - quality wood repairs and replacement
5. Painting
6. Wood doors and fire door installation.
7. Flooring installation.
Perform construction work as needed.
Great physical condition to work in and outdoors.

Background check

Quality tools required to perform all remodeling projects.
