HCS Renewable Energy is now hiring for Drill Rig Operators in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. The Drill Rig Operator must have a valid license with recent (2018-2019) pile driving experience for large scale utility solar farms.

Responsibilities:
Ability to operate a Rev Drill
Ability to operate backhoe, plow and/or trencher
Ability to provide basic service in equipment
Ability to restore and landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite
Ability to load materials
Ability to clean vehicles, trailers, tools and equipment
Ability to safely and correctly direct multi-directional traffic with appropriate signage
Extensive knowledge of directional drilling operations
Must be proficient with drilling equipment and knowing its capabilities and limitations
Experience with drill set up and design processes
Must be able to develop and maintain a bore schedule
Must have good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Must be able to proficiently use locators to safely identify utilities
Responsibilities:
Rhode Island Drilling Rig Hoisting license Required OR Full License
Demonstrates job skill, procedures and techniques to crew members
Responsible for the site set-up and clean-up
Safely operates directional drills on job-site
Restores and/or landscapes disturbed areas of the job-site
Performs site set-up and clean-up
The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
Minimum age 18
Provide personal transportation to and from the jobsite
Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
Clean criminal history and ability to pass a federal background check
Must pass 10 panel drug screen
