What You’ll Be Doing:
Install seamless copper and aluminum gutters with expert-level accuracy
Interpret rooflines, ensure proper pitch, drainage, and secure fitting
Lead or collaborate with teams to ensure safe and efficient installations
Keep the job site clean, organized, and professional at all times
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients
Follow OSHA and company safety protocols
Who You Are:
A craftsman who believes in doing it right the first time
Precise, patient, and methodical in your work
Physically fit and confident working on roofs and ladders
Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent results
A natural problem-solver who takes pride in functional, long-lasting installs
Requirements:
2+ years of recent professional gutter installation experience
U.S. citizen or valid work visa
Clean background check (no felonies)
Valid driver’s license
Able to lift 80+ lbs and work safely on roofs
Willingness to undergo drug screening
