We are a small Custom kitchen/bath/rec. room renovation company serving central CT for 18+ years. We are looking for a registered and insured (liability and WC) subcontractor who can assist w/ all aspects of carpentry incl. demo prep., demolition, subfloor, light framing, drywall, tile work, occasional cabinet/counter installation, door/window installation and trim-work. We can provide up to 50% of your annual work volume. There will always be downtime while other licensed trades are in for rough-in and trim-out. If you like variety in your work, but don’t want the hassle of dealing w/ contracts and customers, then this might be a good fit for you.
Please reply w/ a professional resume’ incl. HS graduate or more and at least 5-10 years experience in the trade, or longer. Registration and insurance will be verified. Professional appearance is a must, as well as clean and reliable transportation and your own hand tools. Must be energetic, a self starter, on time, efficient and most importantly reliable. Pay will be adjusted accordingly to experience.
