Established home improvement and handyman company is looking for a skilled person with experience in home repairs and renovations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in finish carpentry, sheetrocking and drywall repairs, painting, kitchen and bathroom remodels and general handyman skills. Responsibilities include the efficient completion-to-specification of small and medium sized projects located in central Connecticut/Connecticut River Valley.
The Ideal Candidate should have:
Basic set of tools of the trade (we provide more specific tools and equip.)
5-10+ years paid professional experience in the field
Ability to lift and move 50-100lbs
Have a solid understanding of general construction and maintenance best practices.
Valid drivers license
Be able to pass a criminal background check.

The work schedule DOES NOT have to be M-F 9-5. We are willing to design a flexible work schedule to create the optimum work/life balance for the perfect candidate. Ideally would like a full-time W2 employee, however it could be a 1099 position for the right person.
