Job Description: Subcontractor Tile Installer
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor Tile Installer to join our team for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in tile installation, including floor, wall, and backsplash tiles, and possess the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other types of tiles on floors, walls, and ceilings.
Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas.
Ensure proper surface preparation, including leveling and cleaning.
Apply grout, adhesive, and other materials to secure tiles.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with the project manager to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tile installation (residential or commercial).
Strong knowledge of various tile types, installation techniques, and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and quality of work.
Valid license and insurance.
Own tools and transportation are a plus.
