We are seeking an experienced Final Mile Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring that our last-mile delivery operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for final mile deliveries
- Manage, schedule, and develop warehouse staff and drivers
- Ensure accurate loading, staging, and dispatch of delivery routes
- Monitor inventory, returns, "deluxing" practices, and product integrity
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
- Enforce company policies and DOT regulations
- Communicate with customer service and dispatch teams to resolve issues quickly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse supervision required (final mile or furniture/appliance delivery preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency (routing systems, inventory software, Microsoft Office tools)
- Forklift certification a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, safety-minded and customer focused
