The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for managing the staffing schedules of the clinical team, including coordinating CNAs and LPNs. This role involves working closely with the Health and Wellness Director to support recruitment and retention initiatives, ensuring compliance with staffing needs. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator may assist with clerical tasks as needed and fulfill on-call duties as required.This is a full-time hourly position.
