Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add a People Operations Generalist to our exceptional team. You will be responsible for human resource-related tasks, new employee onboarding success, and continuing employee development. You will need to be outgoing, trustworthy, a team player, hyper-organized, and detail-oriented. Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate the planning and implementation of new employee onboarding procedures.

Oversee the successful completion of the 60-day onboarding internal processes.

Implement Career Progression Plans and Personal Progression Plans processes and procedures.

Continuously update, and track career paths for team members.

Conduct quarterly individual goal meetings and follow-ups

Manage scheduling and note-taking during Quarterly Reviews.

Conduct exit interviews for employee offboarding.

Coordinate administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.

Assist in managing Zenefits, our HR platform.

Support the administration of healthcare and other related benefits and perks.

Document and assist in various HR-related activities.

Serve as a liaison between employees and management.

Occasional travel to other Charles IT's locations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Human Resources certification is a plus

Experience with ConnectWise and familiarity with human resource platforms is a plus

Exceptional communication skills are essential.

Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-oriented team.

Enthusiastic and committed to meeting the challenges of a growing company

Demonstrates excellent follow-through to ensure tasks are completed successfully.

Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Must be able to pass a background check.

A current and valid US driver's license is a requirement.
