Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an SAP Analyst/Consultant in Middletown, Connecticut. The role revolves around the technology industry, primarily focusing on ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, SAP, and SAP B1 - Business One. As an SAP Analyst/Consultant, you will be expected to delve into SAP and develop custom reports, ensuring efficient utilization by the operations team. Responsibilities: Dive into SAP and construct around 20 custom reports. Work on reports related to Sales Orders, Inventory Tracking, Purchase Orders, Items on Hold, etc. Modify existing reports by adding columns to enhance their functionality for the operations team. Emulate reports from Sage into SAP for consistency and efficiency. Use your skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, SAP, SAP B1 - Business One, Custom Reports, and Report Writing to accomplish tasks and improve systems. Ensure the efficient functioning of customer applications by processing them accurately. Maintain accurate customer records and take necessary action in monitoring customer accounts. Resolve customer inquiries and provide prompt responses. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Analyst/Consultant or in a related field. Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Expertise in SAP and SAP B1 - Business One. Ability to design and develop custom reports in SAP. Strong skills in report writing and data analysis. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with the latest SAP trends and technologies is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Proven track record of improving efficiency and effectiveness through SAP solutions. Strong organizational and project management skills.
