Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond?Job Summary: Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Special Projects & Change Management Lead for the Product Delivery Center. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of multiple special projects, culture transformation, and direct support as a Chief of Staff to the PDC Vice President. This role will be responsible for outreach and change management strategies for the organization through operations support with a focus on organizational culture. Through collaboration with customers, senior leaders and subject matter experts, this person will need to ensure that project and transformation efforts align with organizational goals and raise awareness of the organization’s products and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer facing role partnered with key business leaders.Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic projects, initiatives and transformation activities for the Product Delivery Center and support other module centers in their transformation activities. Experience developing and implementing significant projects and communication strategies for organizational buy-in.

Serve as chief of staff to the Vice President of Product Delivery center with duties that include; strategic communication support, focal for culture development, manage customer relations and employee event support on site (Customer / Supplier tours, Employee / Recruitment tours, special events, celebrations).

Agile and influential leader with an ability to work across organizational boundaries and with senior leadership. Ability to operate under tight deadlines and translate ideas and concepts into professional products.

Develop metrics and track performance and effectiveness of projects, communications, culture change etc.

The candidate must be a motivated self-starter who thrives working in a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field and 12+ years of strategic leadership and communications experience in the aerospace industry or other dynamic business or Advanced Degree and 10+ years of strategic leadership and communications experience in the aerospace industry or other dynamic business

U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing presentations and briefing senior leadership and customers. Excellent oral and written communication skills, Excellent project management skills. Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with all forms of internal and external communications, electronic communications, and communications measurement is favored.

Strong business judgment and the ability to work independently and interface with and influence key stakeholders, particularly at the executive level.

Problem solving skills with a specific focus on developing new, creative and challenging ways to drive change in a dynamic business environment.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build teamwork and trust.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
