Job DescriptionOperate bagging and debagging equipment and maintain flow of productionHandle products carefully to avoid damage during the bagging and debagging processMonitor the process to ensure it meets quality standards, including proper sealing and labelingInspect products for any flaws or impuritiesRemove defective bottles from production line, and place in bin for recyclingPerform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs, to ensure efficient operationMaintain familiarity with all applicable equipment and provide quality inspections on all related itemsMaintain communication with other departments, management, and employees; notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of productionEnsure paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required informationEnsure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’sUtilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processesReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
