At Domino's Pizza, our people come first!JOB REQUIREMENTSYou must be 16 years of age or older.General Job Duties For All Store Team Members· Operate all equipment.· Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.· Prepare product.· Receive and process telephone orders.· Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.· Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.TrainingOrientation and training provided on the job.Communication Skills· Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.· Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.Essential Functions/Skills· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).· Must be able to make correct monetary change.· Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.· Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.Work ConditionsEXPOSURE TO· Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.· In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.· Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.· Fumes from food odors.· Exposure to cornmeal dust.· Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.· Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.· Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.SENSING· Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.· Depth perception.· Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.TEMPERAMENTSThe ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

The Lead Rehab Patient Service Representative serves as resource and mentor to Patient Service Representatives and provides guidance and coaching for improved performance. Provides training to new employees or for new tasks to existing employees. Responsible for providing professional customer service to ensure operational efficiency and promote a positive patient experience.Responsible for Patient Scheduling, Pre-Registration, Registration, Insurance Verification, Insurance Authorization, and ensures patients have been cleared for Rehab Outpatient office visits. Requires understanding of Rehab procedures, and patient history requirements for Rehab procedures. Responsibilities: · Provides training to new employees or for new tasks to existing employees; · Serves as resource to colleagues on issues/questions and provides guidance; · Coaches for improved performance by providing appropriate feedback · Provides coaching and training to Patient Service Representative Staff. · Travels between Rehab Outpatient sites regularly · Track metrics for sites and report out on key metrics during weekly huddle. May update dashboard as necessary. · Meet one-on-one with Patient Service Representatives regularly · Plan content/present for PSR newsletter and PSR meetings to educate PSRs on changing insurance processes. · Provides support to Front desk/reception area and provides general administrative support · Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally, evaluates priority, and directs calls appropriately according to urgency and subject matter · Schedules new patient appointments accurately, and informs patients of essential preparation requirements prior to visit · Reviews daily report of appointment confirmations to ensure accurate schedule and appropriate communications with patients · Collects co-payments and office charges as needed and explains office payment billing policies to patients · High school diploma or equivalent required · Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Patient Service Representative or similar role · Epic experience preferred. · Strong working knowledge of insurance requirements · Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. · Basic working knowledge of medical terminology. · Ability to travel independently to satellite offices with or without advanced notice.
