The Bilingual Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and employees, providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and support our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls in both Spanish and English.
Respond to inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate information about our services.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and service requests.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
