Looking to hire a Spanish and English bilingual person to help bridge the gap between primarily Spanish speaking workforce candidates and an English speaking job site.
We are creating this position and need someone innovative, creative and adaptable.
Job duties include translating for at first and then educating job applicants and possible future employees in the English language particularly geared for communication on the job site.
Names of tools, specific trim, basic command and verbs, measuring and giving measurements in English numbers. We would also educate you on this specific set of vocabulary.
Looking for a self-driven person who can help create this position and fill a need in our community and industry.
Own transportation to and from the different locations required. Very flexible timing and scheduling. We can create this based on your availability.
