Architect Director- StamfordJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Architectural Designer to join our team of experts in corporate interiors. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in Revit, a strong understanding of corporate interiors design principles, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the NYC market.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement corporate interior design concepts for clients across various industries, including office, retail, and hospitality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to deliver high-quality results.
Utilize Revit to create detailed designs, renderings, and 3D models of corporate interior spaces.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits to observe existing conditions, identify spatial and functional opportunities, and document project progress.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with design solutions and project execution.
Participate in business development activities, such as pitching new projects, meeting clients, and networking with industry professionals.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in corporate interiors or architectural design
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (RVT, RFA, and RME) and related design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
Strong understanding of corporate interior design principles, including acoustic design, lighting, and wayfinding
Excellent spatial reasoning, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
NYC construction and building codes knowledge and familiarity with NYC-specific zoning and building regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
LEED AP or equivalent experience with sustainable design principles
Familiarity with construction administration software (e.g., ProEst, CoConstruct)
Experience working with clients across various industries, including tech, finance, and professional services
Knowledge of NYC-based real estate market trends and commercial property types (e.g., Class-A office spaces, co-working facilities)
