Job Summary: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create solutions that support overall business strategies. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system/process development and implementation. Function as a liaison between IT and users and have some business and technical expertise. Projects assigned to gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
Position Focus/Key responsibilities required for this employee’ role:
• As a subject-matter expert for supported systems, works with stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve technical and process-related issues.
• Works with stakeholders to define and document development work item acceptance criteria.
• Responds to critical system incidents promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists with the design, testing, and deployment of software.
• Attends, and provides input in, scrum meetings, system design discussions, and development team process discussions.
• Acts with fiduciary responsibility and integrity.
Job Responsibilities:
•Perform a range of analytical duties in the development of technology solutions for business processes
•Analyze current systems/processes, identify trends, make recommendations for modernization andimprovements as it relates to people, process, and technology
•Responsible for applications development, conversion, installation and/or maintenance
•Collaborate as part of a team to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of businesssystems
•Assist with the modification and configuration of systems to meet business needs and stakeholder’srequirements
•Liaison between technical staff and user groups
•Assist with implementing developed test plans, support testing i.e., user acceptance, performance,security, and usability
•May design and edit routine application workflows to enhance business processes
•May develop customized reports to respond to user requirements

•Familiarity with systems/processes analysis methods and techniques

•Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
