We have an excellent job opportunity available as a Consultant, Pharma, Global Medical Operations, Medical Review Process Improvement!
Our role is expected to last 3 months.
Responsibilities of the Consultant:
Interview key stakeholders and functional leaders and gather current state information
Analyze processes in place around Medical/Legal Review
Evaluate current operating model
Propose process improvements, recommendations, and alternative operating models
Design future state model and roadmap
Requirements of the Consultant:
Professional management/business consulting experience within F500 Pharma
Process implementation and improvement experience: The ideal candidate will have experience creating, implementing, and improving global processes.
OCM/Change communication experience: The ideal candidate will have experience rolling out and encouraging adoption of new processes, procedures, and tools across a company.
Strong project management: The ability to execute upon strategic goals. Ability to carry out project management responsibilities such as weekly status meetings, risk mitigation, weekly status reports and financial updates. Effective communication skills. Hands on project leadership experience. Consensus building, meeting facilitation, deliverable follow up, etc.
Executive communication/presentation: must be able to communicate and present at the executive level: proficiency in stakeholder buy in, strong cross functional communication, organizational navigation, building rapport across functions and levels of management.
