Bella's Cafe is searching for experienced candidates for the position of weekend breakfast /Lunch Line cooks. Responsibilities for breakfast cook:
Know how to prep breakfast items. Prepare hot and cold meals following company standards
Comply with all Health and Safety regulations in the work place
Opening and /or closing hours. Preparing and organizing the station and cooking all food necessary to start serving
Learn menus, recipes, presentation, and preparation methods
Work with all employees as a team to ensure smooth operation of food production and meals
Qualifications for breakfast cook:
Weekends and Holidays required. High volume cooking, preparation and organizational skills
Previous breakfast/Lunch restaurant experience in a high-volume kitchen
Valid Food Handler certification preferred
