Craft beer bar is looking for qualified front of house positions to join our exciting new concept. The Beer Collective is a craft beer focused bar/restaurant looking to provide the community with a curated list of craft beers for both the casual craft beer drinker and the beer connoisseur. We offer organic local ingredients to highlight a small plate focused food menu.
The Beer Collective is looking for more members to add to our enthusiastic team. We value attention to detail and enthusiastic service in our employees. We are looking for part time with the potential to become full time servers, bussers, and bartenders.
Essential Skills:
Strong work ethic, dedication, and enthusiasm are all necessary in the high paced service industry. Applicants must be friendly and leave personal drama at home. We value employees who are able to do work within a team to accomplish the needs of a situation regardless of job title. Must have strong attention to detail and carry the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
Strong knowledge of craft beer brands, beer styles and tasting profiles is a must for potential servers and bartenders. Knowledge of craft beers and their intricacies is also highly desirable for other potential positions.
Employees will have the opportunity to grow within a young business and gain valuable experience.
