We are looking for professional cooks. Someone who reads cooking magazines and cookbooks on there days off. Someone who is passionate about the hospitality business and is looking for great opportunity and growth. We are looking for people to contribute intellectually, who take initiative and who want to work with the best. NYC experience is a plus! We are looking for someone with a positive attitude. Culinary trained is a plus.
This is a great position for someone to grow into a sous chef position. We work with the best ingredients and use local farmers serving seasonal food.
