We are seeking a seasoned pastry chef and bread baker. Familiarity with sourdough is a plus but we will train you. We have a busy commissary where we adhere to the highest of standards; we are third party audited We are expecting our pastry leader to keep it all running smoothly and oversee the operation. We produce a lot of product and distribute it to our own stores, as well as some smaller wholesale accounts across the country.
