We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team!
Canidate must want to work in an environment that is a team effort, work well with others, share knowlege and be passionate about customer service. Work side by side with Owner in an already fantastic work environment. Great pay and a schedule that allows a quality of life. work hard and have time to enjoy down time. We don't have a typical mindset! Our group started 19 years ago and continues to stay healthy with great staff and management.
Qualifications
At least 5 years as a mid to high scale restaurant or a top notch server looking for an opportunity to expand their career.
A passion for giving great service and high quality food and drinks to our guests.
Being a servant leader, helping where needed coaching in the moment
Having pride in making every shift successful paying attention to the details
Have an open mind one of us is not as good as all of us
