W Food Group seeks a fish market team member for our busy summer season on Block Island. Operating as Dead Eye Dick's, the restaurant is an upscale coastal dining destination focused on creative takes on classic New England dishes. Our seafood comes straight from our on-site fish market, Dick’s Fish and Provisions. We are an independent restaurant and market with a hardworking, positive team that takes pride in what we do. Ideal availability May-September with some flexibility. Relocating to Block Island is required, basic accommodations are provided. Competitive pay based on experience with overtime available. Fish Market requirements: Position requires knowledge of seafood, ability to break down whole fish and cut filets to order, prep, run register, interact and answer any guest questions. Must be friendly and outgoing with customers. Sushi experience a plus. Great fit for someone with a kitchen background who wants a break from the grind.
