Experience and Qualifications – Short Order Cook
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen preparing breakfast and lunch items including eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, burgers
Skilled in grill, fryer, and flat-top cooking, maintaining speed and quality during peak hours.
Able to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
Strong understanding of food safety protocols and kitchen sanitation standards.
Experience in prepping ingredients, stocking stations, and maintaining clean workspaces.
Proven ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly with front-of-house staff.
Dependable, punctual, and flexible with shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a tight-knit kitchen team.
