Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage incoming calls, and maintain accurate personnel files.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage incoming telephone calls professionally.
Maintain and update personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and coordinate correspondence, forms, reports, and other written communications.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain assigned calendars and ensure timely updates.
Prepare, process, and edit personnel, financial, and operational documents.
Participate actively in departmental meetings.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer programs and office software.
Uphold the mission and core values of the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or human resources role preferred.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office software.
Fluent in reading and writing English.
Excellent interpersonal skills; team-oriented and personable.
Bilingual English and Spanish speaker
