We are a non medical home care agency seeking compassionate live in and fill in Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience as a live in caregiver and possess a strong sense of empathy and dedication to improving the lives of others.
Job Requirements include:
Ability to pass state and national background checks
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with management via telephone, email, or in person
All candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care
- Help clients with mobility assistance
- Medications reminders
- Prepare Meals for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
Qualifications
- Experience in live in caregiving
- Knowledge of caregiving practices
- Ability to work with individuals with dementia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
