SUMMARY
Join a hands-on production team building finished products that meet strict quality standards. In this role you’ll assemble parts using hand/power tools and basic equipment, follow clear work instructions, and perform in-process checks to confirm specifications are met. You’ll coordinate closely with teammates and your supervisor to keep the line running efficiently and safely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble components and sub-assemblies per documented work instructions and safety rules.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to produce accurate, repeatable results.
Verify part quality through visual checks and basic measurements; escalate issues promptly.
Track progress against the production plan and communicate status or roadblocks.
Keep your area clean, organized, and audit-ready by applying 5S/Lean housekeeping habits.
Support minor troubleshooting and make simple adjustments to improve fit or function.
Collaborate with team members to balance workload and maintain flow.
Follow all policies and PPE requirements; contribute to a safe, efficient workplace.
Pitch in on related tasks to help the team hit daily goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–3 years in assembly or similar manufacturing work.
Comfort reading and following written and verbal instructions.
Working knowledge of common hand tools, basic power tools, and simple measuring devices.
Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
Clear communicator and dependable team player.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
