Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Crew Foreman and contribute to the efficiency of our operations in building and resurfacing tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and other athletic surfaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. It also offers an opportunity to develop valuable technical skills and advance within the company.
This is a seasonal position with work typically spanning from spring through late fall. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 6 AM, with occasional weekend work as needed to meet project deadlines. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for full-time, year-round employment.
Duties
Assist in all necessary construction-related tasks.
Perform moderately heavy lifting, including carrying 5-gallon buckets of paint and moving larger machinery.
Consistently arrive on time in the mornings (workdays may start at 6 AM) and communicate any potential absences in advance.
Maintain a steady work pace to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Keep the workspace organized and ensure all materials are readily available.
Collaborate with crew members to meet job deadlines.
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or contracting roles.
Valid driver’s license.
Possession of or ability to obtain an OSHA 10 Certification and a Medical Commercial Driving Card upon hiring.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
