This position is $18.35/hour during training period, then is a $16.35/hour plus piece rate. Make the most you can with hard fast work
Training is on 3RD SHIFT 10pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday for 2-3 weeks then you get moved to either 1st (6am-2:30pm) or 2nd (2pm-10:30pm) shift, your preference.
We are seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers to join our pallet repair team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will be responsible for repairing wooden pallets using power tools, including nail guns, saws, and other hand tools. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in craftsmanship, and have construction, roofing, or carpentry experience, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets to company quality standards.
Safely and efficiently operate a nail gun and other hand/power tools.
Remove damaged boards and replace with new lumber as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area by following safety protocols.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
Nail gun experience is required (must be comfortable and skilled with frequent use).
Previous experience in construction, roofing, or carpentry is highly preferred.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment with varying temperatures.
Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Standing, bending, and manual labor throughout the shift.
Comfortable working with wood, nails, and tools on a daily basis.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
