Position: Cleaning Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, kind, happy, and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist (Sparkle Fairies) to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our homeowner clients. The ideal candidate(s) will take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize all assigned typical home areas, also including offices, bathrooms, playrooms, and common spaces. Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the facility. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols. Secure the facility after cleaning when required.
Qualifications
Previous cleaning or maid experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Trustworthy and respectful of confidential information and company property. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
