We're looking for a reliable, experienced part-time handyman to support our property manager across 40+ residential properties in New Haven County.
Pay: $850/month is based on approx. 28 hours per month.
Schedule: Flexible, but we must be your first priority. Occasional late night/weekend calls.
Trial Period: 3 months to start.
Projects over $1000 are for open bidding.

Required Skills:
Painting (walls, cabinets)
Sheetrock/drywall repair & patching
Light carpentry (stairs, siding, cabinets)
Basic plumbing (leaks, clogs, faucet replacement, snaking)
Light electrical (outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans)
Light HVAC (no heat calls – gas required, oil a plus)
General maintenance (window/door/cabinet repair, doorknobs, gutter cleaning)
Occasional dump runs
Important:
Must be experienced and reliable
Photos of work required before payment is sent
Must have own tools and transportation
