Bildner Capital is based in Norwalk, CT and has a 40-year track record of owning / developing a variety of asset types that includes self-storage, industrial, and hospitality. The ideal candidate would have experience in Connecticut and a strong commercial construction background.
ROLE
The Senior Construction Manager will report to the COO and have oversight and involvement with both preconstruction and construction execution activities. This position will be a key member of the team and be responsible for helping execute the Company’s development projects and furthering its growth. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be able to drive processes and hold accountable teams of stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS
7-10+ years’ experience in commercial construction, owner’s representative, general contractor, or similar field. Experience with self-storage construction is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar field preferred. Licensed Professional IE Engineer or Architect or Construction Certificate a plus.
Strong project management skills and expertise at driving process and holding accountable teams of internal / external stakeholders.
Ability to execute work independently yet be a key member of a growing team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Skilled with computer software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Project, Excel, Word, Outlook), ProCore, BlueBeam, and Adobe.
