The Position:
We are hiring a Washroom Associate. You will be responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading tent and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers using washroom equipment to set appropriate wash and dry parameters based on product type. You will be responsible for learning our inventory and proper care of our fabrics and will become an expert with our fabric inventory. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, reporting to the warehouse manager with direct responsibility to the VP of Operations.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for keeping washroom facilities clean and hygienic, and orderly.
Coordinate transfers between washers and dryers and monitor the proper functioning of washroom equipment.
Ensure an adequate supply of soap, towels, and other essentials in the washroom.
Regularly sanitize surfaces to maintain a pleasant environment for users.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
Properly pack, label and store all material in designated fabric area of our warehouse.
Master our inventory and become an expert on cleaning and maintaining our fabrics.
Requirements:
Punctuality and being on time each day.
Positive, respectful team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Effectively communicate verbally in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus)
Open availability to work longer days and weekends, flexible with schedule changes.
Ability to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel and lift frequently.
Ability to lift 75 lbs, push 100 lbs and have a full range of motion and dexterity.
Valid Driver’s License is preferred or reliable transportation to and from work.
Forklift certified or forklift experience is preferred.
Previous washroom and tenting experience is a plus.
