As we continue to grow our reseller program, we're looking for a full-time marketing expert who will play a key role in both company expansion and customer success.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator and Customer Success Manager, you will help foster a welcoming environment for our new resellers and bring creative ideas to our marketing initiatives and help see them through. Core responsibilities include outlining and publishing relevant blog content, developing email marketing messages, assist in business development initiatives and create new training programs for onboarding clients.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrates functional skills to develop timely, logical topics and outlines for weekly blog posts, and manage blog creation, overseeing their completion.

Ability to craft engaging email blasts with compelling messaging that drive traffic to blog posts and other marketing content.

Develop unique concepts for company webinars, as well as a plan for inviting leads in a way that maximizes registration & attendance.

Confidently, professionally, and enthusiastically host or co-host weekly and monthly webinars both for leads and existing client base.

Demonstrates ability to develop and manage strategies to improve client retention by researching, producing, and managing strategies for reducing Churn, and increasing Customer Lifetime Value.

Enhance Client Training Programs by researching and producing digital content and resources, assisting new clients with getting fully trained on our platform.

Identifies and corrects discrepancies with lead sources, maintaining a good understanding and relationship of lead sources, while always seeking new lead source opportunities.

Ability to oversee and assist in the content creation process for industry-specific Business Website Themes.

Ability to multitask between multiple tools and systems (knowledge base, team meetings, supervisor) and apply information and knowledge to responsibilities.

Demonstrates ability to achieve established goals and performance metrics.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be accessible via phone / email during most normal business hours.

Attends training as required.

Works independently, has a quiet home working environment, and seeks Supervisor support when necessary.

Recognizes trends in marketing performance, brings them to the attention of management before they become rampant or problematic.

Supports other lines of business as volumes dictate.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Interacts with customers via telephone, e-mail, or online chat.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school degree and some college education is required

Excellent typing skills, with very good spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Excellent written, verbal, and video communication skills.

2 years marketing or content development experience

Proficiency within MailChimp or similar email marketing platform

Familiar with the concept of a website builder and CMS
