Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Coordinate the set up of the Client-members Youtube Channel with our Management Team.
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients to ensure expectations are met and questions are answered effectively
Requirements:
Reasonable Knowledge and understanding of YouTube Channel set-up and operations
Exceptional communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client needs simultaneously
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM
