Brief description
This office position is responsible for coordinating various activities in office administration including scheduling, general bookkeeping and communicating with a positive and professional attitude with our customers, vendors, staff.
Tasks
Making Receiving appointments for inbound shipments
Calling to customers and taking orders
Inputting orders into Daily Production system
Routing trucks and preparing driver materials (i.e. invoices, etc.)
Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
Create Sales Orders
Update Accounts Receivable – invoicing, payments, & statements
Update Accounts Payable – vendor invoices
Handle customer issues and questions
Creating sales materials in PhotoShop
Filing, copying, and other small office work
Answering phones
Qualifications and requirements
Hours: Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
Strong knowledge of Quickbooks and PhotoShop
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must speak English fluently
