We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support our busy family of three, based in East Rock, New Haven. The successful candidate will work primarily remotely but will occasionally assist with local errands and coordination. The role involves managing household operations, service provider coordination, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and running local errands.
Coordinate and liaise with service providers such as tradesmen, housekeepers, and repairmen.
Assist in maintaining household organization and ensure timely completion of any home projects or repairs.
Maintain, update, and improve on family handbook, detailing key vendor info and cadence for house, health and family-friends responsibilities.
Work with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of the family, and take initiative to provide support proactively.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally supporting a busy family.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Strong references from previous employers.

This is a part-time position starting at 10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on need. While the majority of the work will be remote, occasional local assistance will be needed.
