Job Description:
Mongoose Industry is seeking a Vehicle Advisor to join our team in New Haven, CT. As a Vehicle Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of vehicles. This includes assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, explaining features and specifications, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of various vehicles.
Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase vehicle capabilities.
Answer customer inquiries regarding vehicle performance, pricing, and availability.
Provide recommendations and advice based on customer preferences and budget.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and new vehicle technologies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales or advisory roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive technology is a plus.
